Returns Policy

Because our products are custom-made, we have a limited returns and refunds policy to ensure fairness and transparency.

No Returns for Custom-Made Items

• Due to the custom nature of our products, we do not accept returns unless the item qualifies for an exception (see Section 2.2 below).
• Refunds are only issued if the item has not yet been created at the time of your request. Once production begins, refunds are not possible.

Exceptions for Refunds

We offer refunds or replacements in the following cases:

• Damaged Items: If your item arrives damaged, we will provide a refund or replacement at no cost to you.
• Poor Quality: If the item does not meet our quality standards (e.g., manufacturing defects), we will issue a refund or replacement.
• Incorrect Items: If we ship an item that does not match your order, we will provide a refund or send the correct item at no additional cost.
• To request a refund or replacement, contact us at [email protected] within 14 days of receiving your order, with your order number and details (e.g., photos of damage).

Refund Process

• Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay, or PayPal) within 5-10 business days.
• Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., incorrect or damaged items).
